Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the
order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product
is already shipped out.
Returns/Refund(if applicable)
1. If the products is no quality problem, we don’t accept return or refund
2. If the products were broken in transportation, we don’t accept return, because it’s the force majeure we can’t control, we can refund a little base on the actually case
3. If the products with any quality problem, we can full refund for the products with problems, but pls raised the problem within 15 days after you received the package.Pls destroy/smash the products with problem and take a video as refund proof, we don’t want to bad quality products into marketplace. If you raise the problem later 15 days as you received the package, we can rejest the request.So pls check your prodcuts careful when you received the package.
4. Pls take a video when you open box to check the products as a proof
We reserve the right to request return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.
The following items cannot be returned:
Any products marked as "Clearance" are final.
Any consumable products that have passed their expiration date, have been opened or show signs of use.
Pls note, all of issues/problems should be raised within 15 days after packages delivered,otherwise, we can rejest the request,because we don't know what happened during the long period.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing
